Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Original packaging should be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their personal nature, the following products cannot be returned:
- Calendars, Diaries, and Notebooks (marked with personal entries)
- Digital downloads (if accessed)
- Personalized or signed copies
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for faster processing.
- Receive Authorization: Our Indianapolis-based customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items with original packaging materials. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

- Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once received.
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once the return is processed (standard shipping rates apply)

International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas):
- International returns must be marked as “Returned Goods” with the RMA number clearly visible
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using DHL or FedEx for international returns to ensure tracking
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item or incorrect product:

- Include photos of the damaged item or incorrect product
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
