Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx):
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Flat rate: $12.95
  • Free Shipping (EMS):
    • Available for orders over $50
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote areas). Tracking information will be provided for all shipments.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your culturally rich literary selections. If you need to return an item:

Eligibility Requirements

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items: Calendars, Diaries, and Notebooks (with personal entries), Digital downloads (if accessed), Personalized or signed copies.
